Personnel Committee Application
The Personnel Committee is a year long committee that meets to evaluate job descriptions, review employed positions, and provide human-resources-related recommendations to the ASUW Board of Directors. In Spring quarter, all Personnel Committee members will be chairing hiring committees for the different entities they are assigned to in order to hire 65+ employees for the following academic year.
This committee requires a commitment of 2 hours per week during Fall and Winter, and approximately 3 hours per week in Spring. All members must be able to commit for the entire year, and the ability to keep information confidential is crucial.
